At Marco Furniture, we want you to love your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible furniture items provided they are in original condition. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number and photos of the item within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare for Pickup
Disassemble the furniture if necessary and secure it in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Schedule Collection
Our specialized white-glove logistics partner will contact you to arrange a convenient time for curbside or in-home pickup of the return items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned piece, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
